Journey measures real activity and shows, in money, idle capacity, overtime and paid software nobody uses. Metadata only, never content. Ready to act on.
14 days free · no charge until the trial ends · cancel anytime · no lock-in
Each one gets a number in the first week.
Capacity delivered per person and team, in the office or at home, side by side.
Idle time inside the workday and overtime outside it, on the same screen.
Licenses purchased versus real usage, with the annual savings in money.
Real idle capacity before opening a position. Reallocate with data, not guesses.
Who works overtime, how often and what it costs, by team.
Yes. Only activity metadata (app, time, volume). Never the content.
From sign-up to the first number in minutes. No consulting, no project.
Sign up in 2 minutes. 14 days free, no charge until the trial ends.
Download the installer with your code built in and run it on Windows machines. IT can deploy it via GPO or Intune.
Capacity, idle time, overtime and unused software show up on their own. In 7 days you have patterns; at month end, the closed period.
Operational numbers ready to act on. No guessing.
How much of the workday becomes output and how much becomes idle, by company, team and person. Reallocate instead of hiring.
Paid licenses sitting unused become concrete annual savings. Microsoft 365 right-sizing included.
Who works overtime, who sits idle during the day and still logs overtime. End the waste.
Ask in plain language and get the answer backed by the period's numbers.
A simple formula, real cost and validated results: every person and team gets a defensible, auditable return number.
Salary and cost components (payroll taxes, benefits, other), with effective dates, per person.
Individual, team, or imported from a spreadsheet, with a preview before applying.
One version per period, immutable once closed, with the calculation trail behind every number.
Net ROI % = (attributable value minus total cost) ÷ total cost × 100. Gross return = value ÷ cost. Total cost = pro-rata salary + payroll tax % + benefits + other.
Salary, costs, posted results, calculation trail, closing and audit log.
Only the team's final ROI: net ROI %, gross return × and the attribution label. Never cost or salary.
When authorized, sees only their own final ROI, in the same format as the manager.
Not even the platform operator sees costs: the permission is only granted by someone who already has it, every grant emails the company's admins and leaves a chained hash record nobody can delete.
See where time becomes output, where it becomes idle and when meetings take over. Context for fair conversations, never surveillance.
Capacity, overtime and software cost in one executive board, updated on its own, with PDF export.

An estimate with your own assumptions. Adjust the numbers and see the size of the problem.
Illustrative: people × cost × 12 × idle rate, plus unused licenses. Your real numbers show up in the dashboard.
Privacy-first by design. Transparent with your team, HR and DPO.
App and window title · keystroke and click volume (never content) · time per activity · file name · camera and mic state (on or off).
No keylogger · no screen capture · no reading content · no camera or audio · no tracking personal life.
Legal basis, purpose and retention documented. A ready-made DPO package in PDF inside the platform.
Every day of capture is sealed with a chained hash, timestamped by third parties and stored in an immutable copy. Neither your company nor Baliza can change the past without leaving a trace. An expert verifies it alone, trusting no one.
Every raw record becomes a batch with a hash chained to the previous one. Changing, deleting or inserting later breaks the chain and shows.
Each seal is timestamped by third parties: an international authority (DigiCert, RFC 3161 standard) and the Bitcoin blockchain (OpenTimestamps). Paid plans also get the ICP-Brasil timestamp issued by Serpro: the same official infrastructure that validates Brazil's electronic invoices, e-CPF and electronic court filings.
Generate the evidence package for a person and period. The verifier is open: the expert recomputes everything without asking anyone.
A timestamp is a digital signature by an authority stating “this content existed at this instant”. What makes ICP-Brasil different is who signs and what the law says about it.
ICP-Brasil is the digital certification chain created by Brazil's federal government (MP 2.200-2/2001) and regulated by ITI, an agency under the Presidency. It is the same chain that signs NF-e, e-CPF/e-CNPJ, eSocial and electronic court filings. Judges and experts already know and accept it.
The stamp is issued by Serpro, a federal public company accredited as a Time Stamping Authority, with a clock synced to Brazil's legal time (National Observatory). The signing key lives in Serpro's audited hardware: neither Baliza nor your company can touch it.
Journey sends Serpro only the seal's fingerprint (hash), never the data. Back comes a signature saying “this hash existed at 23:59 that day”. Changing a single record later changes the hash and the stamp no longer matches; backdating is impossible because the time is Serpro's, not ours. And the law presumes ICP-Brasil certified content to be true.
During the trial the proof already holds (international timestamp + blockchain). ICP-Brasil, included in paid plans, adds the Brazilian legal presumption and spares the expert from explaining a foreign authority.

From $120 per month for 10 users
Everything included: capacity, timeline, overtime, software FinOps, executive board, AI, exports and the daily integrity seal (international timestamp + blockchain, kept for 7 years). Qualified ICP-Brasil timestamp included in every paid plan.
Data retention: raw records (minute by minute and events) for 90 days on Standard, Growth and Premium, 30 days on trial and 1 year on Enterprise, extendable by contract. Daily aggregates, closed periods and PDF reports stay available while the account exists. Integrity seals and sealed copies are kept for 7 years. When you close the account you export everything and the data is deleted within 30 days.
Yes, with transparency and purpose. Journey collects only activity metadata (app, title, time, keystroke volume), never content, no screen, no camera. The platform generates a privacy package for your DPO with legal basis, purpose and retention.
No. Never. No keylogger, no screenshots, no content reading, no camera, no audio. That is a product rule, not a setting.
One seal per company per day, always: a chained hash of every record, an international timestamp (DigiCert, RFC 3161 standard) and a blockchain proof (OpenTimestamps), with an immutable copy kept for 7 years. That already proves the data existed that day and has not changed. Paid plans add the ICP-Brasil timestamp, issued by Serpro (a federal public company) inside the government's official certification infrastructure, the same one behind NF-e, e-CPF and electronic court filings. Brazilian law (MP 2.200-2, art. 10) gives ICP-Brasil certified content a presumption of truth: the strongest guarantee in court, at no extra cost.
We recommend telling them, and we make it easy: the privacy page explains what is collected and what never is. Transparency is what separates intelligence from surveillance.
Yes. The agent runs on the Windows machine, in the office, at home or over VPN, and measures the same way. You compare both scenarios side by side.
No. The installer comes with your code built in and takes 1 minute. If you prefer, IT deploys it via GPO or Intune with one command line.
First data within the first hour. In 7 days you have patterns by person and team. At month end, the full period with overtime and capacity.
Per active user, monthly, with a 10-user minimum. Card at sign-up, no charge during the 14-day trial, cancel anytime, no lock-in. The per-user price drops as the team grows.
Today the agent runs on Windows, where most operations are. Other platforms are on the roadmap.
Yes, on the Enterprise plan: custom integration with your HR system (leave, approved overtime, offboarding), Microsoft 365 and single sign-on (SSO).
Only whoever holds the roi.custos.gerir permission (HR), and it is never automatic: tool administrators don't inherit it and can't grant it to themselves. By default only someone who already has it can grant it to another person; every grant or revocation emails all company admins and leaves an immutable audit record (chained SHA-256 hash). Managers only see the team's final ROI, never cost or salary; the platform operator never receives this permission.
Create the account, install the agent in 1 minute and get capacity, overtime and unused software in money.
